Ben looks up at Alicia's voice and is frozen in place as blood drips from his ruined hands.

"No," his whimpers as Agnrir turns to face her fully. "NO!" he screams and attacks the floor in a dead panic. Tiles fly and soon he's exposed the wires he was searching for. He ignores the pain of the raw electricity and pulls on them hard. Finally they break and he runs to the machines...only to find they are empty boxes.
